About Me
Hello,

My name is Alexa Prickett at I am a senior at the University of Denver! I am majoring in criminology with minors in political science and writing practices and after I graduate, I will be attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law! Outside of school, I love dancing on the University of Denver Dance Team, spending time with my family and friends, and cuddling and playing with my cat, Magnus.

As a visual learner, I have always loved to write. Writing is such a large part of life and I wanted to become a writing minor because I wanted to enhance my writing skills, especially in preparation for law school. Putting pen to paper or text on a page has always been something that I find relaxing and it allows me to visualize and organize everything that is running through my mind.

Throughout this portfolio, you will find many pieces of writing that I have created throughout my college career. Some of these pieces are from classes within my writing minor, my criminology major, my political science minor, as well as a new revision piece. I have even been able to include my personal statement from my law school applications. I hope you will see how much I have learned and how much I have improved throughout my college career and I hope you enjoy it!
